Cookie Policy

Effective 15 January 2026 · Version 2026-01-15

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make sites work, improve user experience, and provide analytics. This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies Arioon uses on our marketing site (arioon.com) and dashboard (dashboard.arioon.com).

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Essential cookies (always on)

These are strictly necessary for the site to function. They cannot be switched off. They include:

  • access_token, refresh_token — authentication after you sign in to the dashboard
  • admin_access_token, admin_refresh_token — separate authentication for the internal admin console
  • arioon_cookie_consent — remembers your cookie preferences so we don't ask every visit

2.2 Analytics cookies (opt-in)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, where users come from, how they navigate. This data is aggregated and anonymised; we don't use it to identify individuals.

2.3 Marketing cookies (opt-in)

If you accept marketing cookies, we use them to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to remarket to recent visitors. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

3. How to control cookies

The first time you visit our site, a banner asks for your preferences. You can:

  • Accept all — opt in to analytics and marketing cookies in addition to essential ones
  • Reject all — only essential cookies are set
  • Customize — choose categories individually

You can change your preferences at any time by clearing the arioon_cookie_consent cookie or your browser's site data for arioon.com. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely; doing so may break parts of the site (you won't be able to sign in to the dashboard).

4. Third-party services

Some sub-processors we use may set cookies on their own domains when serving content to you (e.g. Cloudinary for images). See the Sub-processors page.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the consent banner re-appearing. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
